At GravoMax Fitness, we aim to make getting your new gear simple. All orders are dispatched directly from our Auckland warehouse. We deliver nationwide across New Zealand, or you can pick up your order for free from our Wairau Valley showroom.
All prices and shipping charges are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Delivery Information
Processing & Delivery Times
Daily Order Cut-Off: 2:00 PM
- Most standard deliveries: arrive within 3–7 business days (processing + transit).
- Processing: 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day.
- Urban delivery (typical): around 2–5 business days.
- Rural / South Island (may take longer): around 5–10 business days.
- Bulky freight: can take up to 13 business days depending on location and carrier capacity.
Please Note: Delivery timeframes are targets only. Delays may occur due to severe weather events, high order volumes, or carrier network disruptions.
Large & Bulky Items
Heavy equipment (such as racks, rigs, plate-loaded machines and functional trainers) is shipped via specialised freight carriers.
Please Note: Curbside Delivery Only
Freight drivers are only required to deliver to your driveway or curbside. They cannot carry items into your home, garage, or up stairs due to health and safety regulations. Please ensure you have assistance available on delivery day.

🗓️ Pre-Orders & Special Orders
Option A: Pre-Orders (In Transit)
Items marked as "Pre-Order" are already on the water and heading to Auckland.
- ETA: Please refer to the product page for the estimated arrival date.
- Dates are estimates and subject to shipping delays.
Option B: Special Orders (Made to Order)
Commercial equipment marked as "Special Order" is manufactured specifically for you.
- Lead Time: 8–12 weeks (Production + Shipping).

How to Order:
Use the "Add to Quote" button on the product page, or contact us directly.
We will confirm the details and send you a formal invoice. - Policy: Special orders cannot be cancelled once production begins, except where required by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable law.

Mixed Orders?
If your order contains both "In-Stock" and "Pre-Order" items, we will hold the entire order until everything arrives.
Tip: Place two separate orders if you need the in-stock items immediately.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery region.
Free Shipping Offer:
Orders over $2000 shipped to Auckland Metro addresses qualify for free standard shipping.
This promotion is applied at checkout and may not appear in Google’s estimated shipping costs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment's progress.

- Monday – Sunday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Open 7 days a week
How to Pick Up
- Select "Pick Up" as your shipping method at checkout.
- Wait for our "Ready for Collection" email.
- Bring your order confirmation number and a valid photo ID to the counter.
Important Notes:
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Re-delivery fees may apply if the courier cannot locate your address.
- We ship to physical addresses only (no PO Boxes).
- For Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, and Stewart Island orders, please contact us for a shipping quote.
