GravoMax Elite Monkey Grips (Pumpkin Orange) are high-tack CrossFit and gymnastics hand grips made for bar and ring training. They’re built for athletes who want more control and less slipping, especially during high-rep sets.

The Monkey Series uses a textured anti-slip surface to increase grip on pull-up bars and rings. At the same time, a reinforced 3-layer build helps the grips stay consistent through regular training. To finish it off, the 3.8cm wide wrist strap spreads pressure and keeps the fit locked in when you’re moving fast.

Measure from your first wrist crease to where your middle finger connects to your palm.

• S/M: under 11cm

• L/XL: 11cm or more

If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size. Also, a 3–5mm manual measurement tolerance is normal.

This is a higher-tack grip surface. So use controlled hand positioning, and reset your grip as needed during bar work.
