GravoMax Elite Monkey Grips | Lemon Yellow

GravoMax Elite Monkey Grips (Lemon Yellow) are high-tack CrossFit and gymnastics hand grips built for bar and ring training. They’re made for athletes who want more control and less slipping, especially during fast, high-rep sessions.

The Monkey Series uses a textured anti-slip surface to increase friction on pull-up bars and rings. At the same time, a reinforced 3-layer build helps the grips hold up through regular training. In addition, the 3.8cm wide wrist strap spreads pressure and keeps the fit secure when you’re moving between reps.

These grips are made for rig and ring work. For example, they suit pull-ups, toes-to-bar, and bar or ring muscle-ups. So, when the session gets sweaty and the pace picks up, you can stay focused on your movement instead of fighting your grip.

Measure from your first wrist crease to where your middle finger connects to your palm.

• S/M: under 11cm

• L/XL: 11cm or more

If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size. Also, a 3–5mm manual measurement tolerance is normal.

Use Note

This is a higher-tack grip surface. So use controlled hand positioning, and reset your grip as needed during bar work.
