Transparent Pricing, No Hidden Fees from GravoMax. At GravoMax Fitness, we believe in clear, upfront pricing. We provide a secure, encrypted checkout experience for all our New Zealand customers.

All transactions are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Product prices include 15% GST, and any applicable shipping costs are shown clearly before you confirm payment.

Pricing, Taxes & Fees

✅ No Additional Card Surcharges: GravoMax Fitness does not add extra surcharges on top of the order total shown at checkout.

To adhere to fair trading practices and Google Shopping transparency guidelines, we ensure:

  • No GravoMax Surcharges: We do not add extra fees for using standard online payment methods (such as credit cards, debit cards, or supported wallets) beyond the order total shown at checkout.
  • GST Included: All prices listed on our website include 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless clearly stated otherwise.
  • Clear Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated based on weight and delivery region and is shown before you finalise payment.

Your bank, card issuer, or buy now pay later provider may charge its own account or service fees (for example, interest, late payment fees, or currency conversion charges). These are controlled by your financial provider and are outside of GravoMax’s control.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept major credit and debit cards as displayed at checkout (for example, Visa and Mastercard).

Card payments are processed securely via our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.

Buy Now, Pay Later

Where available, you may choose selected buy now, pay later options (for example, Afterpay or Zip) at checkout.

Approval, instalment schedules, and any provider fees are determined by the relevant buy now, pay later service.

Digital Wallets

On compatible devices and browsers, you may see options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or similar wallets at checkout.

Availability of wallet options is controlled by your device, browser, and wallet provider.

Bank Transfer

You can choose to pay by direct credit to our New Zealand business bank account.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed and dispatched once funds have cleared into our account.

Order Confirmation & Billing

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and receipt.

Billing Descriptor: On your bank or card statement, the charge will appear under a name such as "GravoMax Fitness" or similar wording that clearly identifies our business.
