We designed this specific model as a freestanding deadlift and weightlifting station. For instance, rather than bolting into a power rack, this independent 3.1m x 2.1m unit can be placed anywhere in your commercial facility or garage gym. Furthermore, the rigid wooden center provides a hard, non-compressible surface that ensures maximum power transfer from your feet to the floor. Consequently, it is the perfect dedicated zone for snatches, cleans, and heavy deadlifts.

Can I place my power rack on top of this platform?
We do not recommend it. Because this is a freestanding model with specific dimensions (3.1m x 2.1m), the wood center may not align perfectly with your rack’s footprint. Therefore, this product is best utilized as an independent, dedicated lifting station.
Will the 3cm thickness protect my concrete floor?
Yes, absolutely. First, the 30mm thick high-density rubber is commercial-grade. Next, it aggressively dissipates the kinetic energy of falling barbells. As a result, it provides excellent protection for your underlying concrete and your bumper plates.
Why does it have a wood center instead of all rubber?
To maximize your lifting power. Because rubber compresses under heavy weight, lifting directly on rubber can make your stance feel “squishy” and unstable. Consequently, the hard wooden center provides a rock-solid base, allowing you to generate maximum force during heavy deadlifts.
