Which bench should I buy first?

Start with a flat weight bench if you want simple, stable training. Choose an FID adjustable bench if you want incline and decline options in one setup.

Are adjustable benches good for home gyms in NZ?

Yes. An adjustable weight bench saves space and covers more exercises. It also pairs well with dumbbells and a power rack for a complete home setup.

Do you deliver benches across New Zealand?

Yes. We offer NZ-wide delivery for benches. Delivery time can vary by region and rural addresses.

Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

Yes. We support pickup / click & collect where available. This can reduce freight costs when applicable.

What does preorder / backorder mean here?

It means the bench is not ready for immediate dispatch. Typical ETA is ~90 days. Contact us to confirm the specific timing for your item.

Do you help with commercial gym fit-outs?

Yes. We support commercial orders and can advise on bench selection, quantities, and training flow. For larger installs, ask about Auckland installation.
