Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We aim to ensure that all GravoMax products are represented as accurately as possible on our website. However, minor colour differences may occur due to lighting, photography conditions, and variations between display screens.

All product dimensions are measured manually, so a small size variation of approximately 1–3 cm may occur. We may also make small design or specification improvements from time to time. These minor differences do not affect the product’s intended performance or quality.

At GravoMax, we make every effort to ensure that what you receive closely matches what you see online, within normal industry tolerances.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes. You can choose “Pick Up” as your shipping method at checkout and collect your order from our Wairau Valley showroom in Auckland.

We’ll send you a “Ready for Collection” email once your order has been processed and is ready to pick up. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when you arrive.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Many of our core GravoMax products are regularly restocked. However, restocking times depend on sea freight schedules and factory production lead times, which can sometimes cause delays.

Some clearance, limited-run, or custom items may not be restocked once sold out. If you are interested in a specific product that is currently out of stock, please contact us and we can let you know the latest restock information or suggest alternatives.

How long does delivery take within New Zealand?

For in-stock items, we typically process orders within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Auckland & North Island urban: around 2–5 business days

  • South Island urban: around 3–7 business days

  • Rural (RD) and oversized / bulky deliveries: may take longer and can extend to around 10–13 business days depending on the carrier
