Shipping, Pickup & Policy
Can I pick up my order in Auckland?
Yes. You can collect orders from our GravoMax showroom and warehouse at
12A Ashfield Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland 0627.
Select "Pick Up" as your shipping method at checkout. We’ll email you a
"Ready for Collection" notice once your order is prepared.
Where do you deliver in New Zealand?
We deliver nationwide across New Zealand to physical addresses (no PO Boxes).
Small and medium parcels are delivered by courier, while heavy or bulky equipment (such as racks, rigs and machines)
is shipped via specialised freight carriers to ensure safe handling.
How long does delivery take?
We typically process In-Stock orders within
1–2 business days.
Estimated transit times:
• North Island Urban: around 2–5 business days
• South Island Urban: around 3–7 business days
• Rural (RD): please allow an extra 2–3 business days
• Heavy freight / bulky items: may take up to approximately 10–13 business days depending on carrier schedules
These timeframes are estimates only and can be affected by courier capacity, severe weather, or other factors outside our control. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

How do Pre-Orders work?
Items marked as "Pre-Order" have an estimated arrival date shown on the product page.
These products are either already in transit to our Auckland warehouse or scheduled for incoming stock.
We ship Pre-Order items as soon as they arrive and have passed our quality checks.
If your cart includes both In-Stock and Pre-Order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available. For time-sensitive orders, you can place separate orders for In-Stock and Pre-Order items. For more information, see our Shipping & Pick Up page.

What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind our equipment quality. Many major structural frame components include extended warranties
(for example, up to 10 years on structural frames where stated on the product page).
Exact warranty periods and coverage can vary by product, so please refer to the warranty section on each product page
and our Warranty Policy.

What is your return policy?
For eligible purchases, we offer a 7-day change-of-mind return on unused items in resellable condition,
returned with original packaging, hardware and proof of purchase.
Change-of-mind returns are not available for customised or clearly marked non-returnable clearance items, or for products that have been assembled, installed, or used.

Do you provide GST Invoices?
Yes. GravoMax Fitness is a registered New Zealand business, and you will receive a full GST invoice with your order confirmation email.
What payments do you accept?
We accept the same payment methods listed on our
Payment Policy page, including major credit and debit cards,
selected buy now, pay later options (where available), and bank transfer.
All transactions are processed in NZD via secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateways.

What’s the difference between the Monkey King and Nova barbells?
Monkey King barbells are built with higher-tensile spring steel and a bearing system designed for dynamic Olympic-style lifting.
Nova barbells provide a smooth, controlled spin that is ideal for general strength training and home gyms.

Do GravoMax barbells fit Olympic plates?
Yes. All current GravoMax barbells are designed with 50 mm sleeves compatible with standard Olympic bumper plates and collars.
Do your racks support all add-ons?
Most current GravoMax racks use our standard upright and hole system with 25 mm spacing,
making them compatible with a wide range of GravoMax attachments.

Which bench is best for home gyms?
Our compact adjustable benches offer flat, incline, and upright positions, making them a strong choice for home or garage gyms with limited space.

Do you offer assembly service?
Yes. Professional assembly services are available for selected products in the Auckland region.
We can assist with benches, racks, rigs, and larger machines. Please
contact us with your address and product list so we can confirm availability and provide a quote.
